Cultural patronage

Thanks to the specific measures and incentives of patronage, music and live performances have been supported.

Patronage is a philanthropic act, which results in the payment of a donation to an organization for one or several actions of general interest.

It differs from sponsorship which is characterized as a commercial act.

There are tax breaks available in France for patronage.
